All Area Nostalgia watches are covered by a 2-year international warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to watches purchased directly from our official website.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, proper use. This includes issues such as mechanical defects, movement failure, or manufacturing flaws that affect the performance of the watch.

- Functional issues not caused by misuse or accidental damage
What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs. Examples of exclusions include:
- Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, fading, strap ageing)
- Damage from drops, impacts, or improper handling
- Water damage if used beyond stated resistance
- Damage caused by attempted repairs or modifications by non-authorised technicians
How do I make a warranty claim?
If you believe your watch qualifies for warranty service, please contact us first. Do not send your watch back before receiving instructions.
- Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video showing the defect.
- Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps.
- If approved, we will send you the correct return address and instructions for shipping your watch to our repair facility or authorized partner.
Where do I send my watch?
Because warranty claims must be inspected case-by-case, the return address may vary depending on your location and the type of service needed. We will only provide the appropriate shipping address after reviewing your claim. Watches sent without prior approval may not be processed.
What happens after inspection?
Once we receive and inspect the watch, we will determine the appropriate remedy. At our discretion, we may:
- Repair the watch using original or equivalent components
- Replace the watch with the same or an equivalent model (if available)
- Offer an appropriate refund or alternative solution if repair or replacement is not possible
The selected solution will be based on the specific defect, availability of components, and the nature of the issue.
Is the warranty transferable?
No. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a new owner.
