This website is operated by Area Nostalgia. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Area Nostalgia. Area Nostalgia offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services to you.

Headings in this agreement are for convenience only and will not limit these Terms. All competitions hosted by Area Nostalgia require a minimum of 15 entries.

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. The material on this site is for general information only. Reliance on the material is at your own risk.

This site may include historical information which may not be current. We reserve the right to modify the site at any time but have no obligation to update information. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor changes.

Section 4 – Modifications to the Service & Prices

Prices for our products may change without notice. Price matching is not available against sale items from other businesses. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

We are not liable to you or any third party for modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations.

Section 5 – Products or Services

Some products or services may be available exclusively online. These may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return Policy.

We aim to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee that your monitor will display colors accurately.

We reserve the right to limit sales to any person or region and may do so on a case-by-case basis. We may limit quantities of products or services. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products or services will meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same account, payment method, or shipping address.

You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your details so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide access to third-party tools which we do not monitor or control.

Section 20 – Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily accept a return. You may choose a full refund or a replacement item. If the replacement is cheaper, we refund the difference; if more expensive, we offer a discounted rate.

If the item has been installed, we cannot accept the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Section 21 – Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card.

We contact suppliers to confirm availability. If an item is on backorder, we will void the authorization and contact you. If available, we process charges and submit your order for shipment.

Section 22 – Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and charges are processed, it will ship within five business days.

Tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking within six business days, contact us at kieron@areanostalgia.com.

Section 23 – Damages

Please inspect packaging upon delivery. If damaged, note it when signing. If items arrive damaged, email photos to kieron@areanostalgia.com so we can process an insurance claim.

Section 24 – Cancellations

Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee. If the order has shipped, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
