Thank you for shopping with Area Nostalgia. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed and delivered. For product-specific availability, preorder information, and any additional terms, please refer to the individual product page before completing your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, preorder status, and order volume.
If we anticipate a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you by email with an updated estimate and information on your options, including the right to cancel for a refund before the order is shipped.
Pre-Orders
Some products on our store are offered as pre-orders. When a product is available for pre-order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
For current pre-order products, all orders placed now are estimated to begin shipping from early April 2026. This date is an estimate and may change due to production, logistics, or other factors outside our control. If there is a material change to the estimated shipping window, we will notify you by email and you may choose to keep your order or cancel it for a full refund before it is shipped.
The estimated shipping window shown on the relevant product page will always be the most up-to-date information for that product.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We currently offer free worldwide shipping on all watch orders.
We use reliable, trackable shipping services. Typical carriers include:
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail delivery
- International: DHL or FedEx
The exact shipping method for your order will be displayed at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. If our shipping offers change in the future, any applicable costs will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes depend on your shipping destination:
- United Kingdom Customers: All applicable duties and taxes are included in your checkout price. No additional import fees will be charged on delivery.
- International Customers: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the checkout price. These charges may be required by your local customs authority before delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Area Nostalgia is not responsible for delays caused by customs or any fees applied to your order.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes depend on your location, selected shipping method, and whether the item is in stock or a pre-order. Any estimated dispatch or delivery dates shown on product pages are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to carrier delays, customs processing, or local disruptions outside our control.
Damages & Lost Shipments
Area Nostalgia is not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged item, as carriers may require them to process your claim. If you need assistance, you may contact us with your order details and tracking number.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and protective materials. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Warranty
All watches purchased from Area Nostalgia include a 2-year international warranty, valid from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Full warranty terms are available on the relevant product page and/or in your included documentation.
