Returns & Refunds
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to take back the product and issue a full refund.
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
- Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing kieron@areanostalgia.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video supporting your claim. Upon approval, you'll receive your RA# and the address of the closest warehouse for return shipping.
- To ensure your refund, please use a trackable mail service. We cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Once your package is received, the products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address used at checkout.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are issued immediately once approved, meaning the money leaves our account right away. If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often a processing delay before a refund appears. Some credit card companies may take up to 30 days to show the refund. If after these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
How long does delivery take?
All orders will ship early April 2026 and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received an update by mid-April, please contact our support team at kieron@areanostalgia.com.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.)
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as they become available.
I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens, email us as soon as possible. We might be able to update it, but we cannot promise anything as orders may be processed immediately. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to make changes.
We are not responsible if an incomplete or incorrect shipping address is provided. Our system automatically processes orders exactly as submitted.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and credit card processing fees.
Invalid Reasons for Cancellation
- Buyer no longer wants the item. Buyers should ensure they want the product before submitting their order. Once an order is submitted, it becomes a legally binding contract.
- Buyer found the item cheaper elsewhere. Buyers should be confident in their purchase before placing an order. Once submitted, the order is legally binding.
