The Mantel Moonglow is an automatic cushion case everyday watch inspired by classic mantelpiece clocks. Housed in a 3 piece 316L stainless steel case, the Mantel provides 100m of water resistance with a signed screw down crown.

The dial features a multi-level, multi-material construction that offers plenty of light-play and contrasting textures. The dial construction itself mimmics the layers of the earth, with genuine dual stones placed above and below the central brushed roman numeral ring.

Coming in with a 38mm case - it offers a lot of wrist presence because of the cushion case, whilst offering day-to-day comfort thanks to the 10.8mm thickness and 45.5mm lug to lug.

Multi-Material Dial

The Mantel features a first for watchmaking - a multi-level, multi-material dial construction that combines semi-precious stones with a full luminous core. The Mantel Moonglow features a genuine rose quartz stone top, genuine white pearl stone bottom and a full grade A BGW9 centre. The stones are split by a thin brushed metallic strip and surround a raised brushed metallic roman numeral ring.

Corner Decoration

The Mantel features corner detailing inspired by our first watch - The Clocktower. With small flowers, diamonds and elongated arrow tips - the engravings are filled with oil paint to ensure longevity and offer a lacquered finish. The white colour of this paint has been carefully chosen to tie in with the tones of the dial. Seamlessly linking the bezel to the stones under the sapphire glass.

Multi-Faceted Finishing

The Mantel features a 3-piece case construction, with the bezel, mid-case and caseback each being a separate piece of stainless steel. This allows each part to be carefully finished and offer a sharp transition between each element. A polished facet runs along the entire case side, including around the lugs and on the underside of the mid-case. The bezel features a brushed upper surface, an angled polished facet and brushing at a 90° angle where it meets the mid-case. The result is a multi-leveled, multi-faceted case that hopefully punches above the price point.
